A6Win Terms and Conditions – Full Player Agreement

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "A6Win", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the a6win platform, its operators, and any subsidiaries or affiliates involved in operating the service.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on the a6win platform and uses any part of the service.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account created on a6win through which the player accesses all platform services.
• "Balance" — refers to the total PKR funds held in a player's a6win wallet, including real money and any active bonus funds shown separately.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any amount credited to a player's account as part of a promotion, welcome offer, cashback, or free bet — as distinct from real deposited money.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be bet on qualifying games or sports markets before it or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• "Platform" — refers to the entire a6win service including but not limited to the website, mobile web interface, all games, sportsbook, virtual sports, payment systems, and customer support.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupees, the sole currency in which a6win denominated player accounts and transactions.

To use the a6win platform, you must create a registered account. Registration is free. You may only hold one account at a6win — registering more than one account per person, household, device, or IP address is a violation of these Terms.

When registering at a6win, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested at registration or during subsequent identity verification. You must not use false details, another person's identity, or any automated method to register an account.

A6Win reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), utility bill, or mobile wallet ownership confirmation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

A6Win may decline a registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that decision.

A6Win operates a strict minimum age policy. You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the platform. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

A6Win may request proof of age at any stage — including before processing your first withdrawal or at any other point where verification is deemed necessary. Acceptable documents for age verification include:

• Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC)
• Pakistan Origin Card (POC)
• Valid passport issued by the Government of Pakistan

If a player is found to be under the age of 18, their account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made by underage players will be refunded to the original payment source. Any winnings, bonus funds, or balances accumulated by an underage player will be forfeited in their entirety. A6Win also reserves the right to report underage gambling attempts to relevant authorities where applicable.

A6Win operates a PKR-denominated wallet. All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are conducted in Pakistani Rupees. No currency conversion is applied on the a6win platform.

Deposits: The minimum deposit at a6win is Rs 500. The following payment methods are accepted:

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods registered in the same name as the a6win account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts using Easypaisa or JazzCash. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank. A6Win does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

A6Win does not accept deposits made from payment methods belonging to third parties. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party source, it will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

A6Win offers various bonuses, promotions, free bets, and cashback offers to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General Bonus Rules at A6Win:

• Bonuses are credited in a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are fully met.
• All wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
• Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met by placing bets at odds of 1.50 or higher for sportsbook bonuses, or on eligible casino games for casino bonuses.
• A6Win welcome bonuses are available to new players only — one per person, household, device, and IP address.
• Free bets are credited as a single non-withdrawable token. Winnings from a free bet (minus the stake value) are credited as real funds and may be withdrawn without further wagering requirements, unless stated otherwise.
• A6Win reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed and started wagering a bonus will not be retroactively affected by changes made after their claim.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using arbitrage strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the a6win platform. Full sport-specific rules are available in the Sports Rules section of the a6win platform.

General Betting Rules:

• All bets are accepted at the discretion of a6win. A6Win reserves the right to decline, limit, or refuse any bet without providing a reason.
• Once a bet is confirmed and a reference number is assigned, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player unless the Cash Out feature is available and exercised by the player before the event concludes.
• The minimum single bet stake on the a6win sportsbook is Rs 50. Maximum stake limits vary by market and event and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• In the event of a match abandonment, bets will be settled according to the specific sport rules in force at the time the bet was placed. Generally, if a minimum required portion of a match is not completed, all bets are voided and stakes returned.
• If a6win publishes incorrect odds due to a technical error or human input error, a6win reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability. In-play odds are indicative and a6win does not guarantee that bets will be accepted at the displayed price. A6Win accepts no liability for bets placed after the corresponding event in play has concluded.
• Where an event result is officially revised or reversed by the governing body after a6win has settled the bet, a6win reserves the right to re-settle affected bets in line with the official revised result.

Accumulator (Parlay) Bets: Accumulator bets on a6win require all selections to win for the bet to be paid. If one or more selections are voided, the accumulator is recalculated excluding the voided selection. A single-selection accumulator resulting from multiple voids is settled as a single bet.

The following rules apply to all casino products available at a6win, including live dealer games, Teen Patti, Baccarat, Jackpot Slots, and Virtual Sports.

• All casino games at a6win are operated using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer systems provided by licensed third-party suppliers. A6Win does not independently control the outcome of any game.
• Game rules, minimum and maximum bet limits, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each game interface on the a6win platform. Players should review these before playing.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, a6win will settle the hand or round according to the outcome recorded on the game server, not the player's device. If a round was in progress and no outcome was recorded, the bet is voided and the stake returned.
• Virtual sports events at a6win are simulations driven by certified RNG. Results are entirely random and independent. No real-world sporting data influences the outcome of virtual events. Virtual events cannot be cancelled or suspended once the betting window has closed.
• A6Win reserves the right to suspend, modify, or remove any game from the platform at any time. Open bets on suspended games will be voided and stakes returned.
• Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on the a6win platform are provided by third-party game suppliers and may fluctuate. A6Win is not responsible for discrepancies between displayed and paid jackpot amounts if these result from supplier-side data delays.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the a6win platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and dishonesty: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or manipulating any part of the a6win platform through deceptive means.
• Money laundering: Using a6win as a vehicle to process funds obtained through illegal activity. A6Win has full AML procedures in place and will cooperate with authorities investigating financial crime.
• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one a6win account for any reason, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting a6win promotions through methods including but not limited to matched betting across multiple accounts, collusion, or arbitrage strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements while carrying minimal risk.
• Unauthorised software: Using bots, automated scripts, exploit tools, or any software that gives an unfair advantage in any a6win game or sportsbook market.
• Chip dumping: Deliberately losing funds to another player in live table games for the purpose of transferring value between accounts.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback on a deposit that was genuinely made to your a6win account. A6Win will pursue recovery of disputed amounts through all available legal means.

Voluntary closure by the player: You may request closure of your a6win account at any time by contacting support at support@a6win.biz. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their respective outcomes, and any remaining real money balance will be processed to your verified withdrawal method. Bonus funds will be forfeited on voluntary account closure.

Closure by A6Win: A6Win may close or suspend any account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• The account is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions;
• The player fails to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• The account shows signs of fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering;
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age;
• The player has requested self-exclusion under the a6win Responsible Gaming programme;
• A6Win is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

In cases of closure due to Terms violations or fraud, a6win reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance. In all other cases of closure initiated by a6win, legitimate real money balances will be returned to the player via verified payment methods.

A6Win is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your a6win account. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set alerts that notify you after you have been logged in for a defined period.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your account remains open but you cannot place bets or access casino games during the period.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude your account from the a6win platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and is not reversible for the minimum period of 6 months.

A6Win collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as set out in the Privacy Policy.

A6Win uses your personal data for the following purposes:

• Operating and managing your a6win account, including processing deposits, bets, and withdrawals;
• Verifying your identity and age in compliance with our obligations;
• Detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and abuse of the platform;
• Providing customer support, including responding to queries and complaints;
• Sending service-related communications such as account notifications and security alerts.

A6Win does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers who support our platform operations (such as payment processors and identity verification services) and only to the extent necessary to provide those services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, a6win's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

A6Win is not liable for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or data arising from technical failures, interruptions, or downtime;
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to adequately secure their account credentials;
• Any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the a6win platform;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party game suppliers, provided these are corrected in accordance with published game rules.

A6Win takes reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the a6win platform and we reserve the right to take the platform offline for scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or other operational reasons. In such cases, no compensation is payable for lost betting or gaming time.

A6Win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, we may also notify active players via their registered mobile number or email address.

It is your responsibility as a player to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the a6win platform after any changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, please contact support@a6win.biz to discuss your options, which may include voluntary account closure with return of your real money balance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the a6win platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.
